1. Before getting started, make sure you have a Twitch account linked and API key set. If you don't, warnings will show telling you where you can do so.

2. Configure the overlay to your liking. Any changes will show in the preview on the right.

3. Click "Save settings" to save the changes you made, then click "Copy browser source URL".

4. Create a new Browser Source in OBS with the copied link as URL. Make sure that the resolution is 600x600.

5. Start a poll on Twitch — the overlay will automatically appear in OBS while the poll is active and disappear when it ends. No manual toggling needed. Any future changes you make to the settings will update the overlay automatically after clicking save.
